SRSI Application Process
Application opens soon.
Application close December 21st, 2025.
Any applicant who has not submitted the application and paid the application fee will not be considered for admission.
Application Requirements
The application form, which opens via the online portal, includes biographical information, academic history, answers to essay-type questions about personal motivations, aspirations, research interests, and extracurricular experiences. Two letters of recommendation from high school teachers in mathematics or science are also required.

- Qodorat test score (if available)
- English test score
- SAT scores (if available)
- High School Grade 10 transcript
- Certificates for all reported extracurricular activities
- Guardians’ consent form
- Copy of the national ID
- Digital photo
Eligibility Requirements
- Saudi National
- Currently in Grade 11
- Meet one of the following English Language requirements:
— TOEFL iBT total score of 80 or above
— IELTS total score of 6.0 or above
— TOEIC total score of 780 or above (please read notes below) - Meet one of the following Standardized Testing requirements:
— Qodorat total score of 87 or above
— SAT total score of 1200 minimum, with SAT Math score of 700
Note:
— Students who submit a TOEIC score will be required to submit an IELTS or TOEFL iBT by December 21, 2025.
— The above are the minimum requirements to qualify for applying to the program. Since admission to the SRSI is very competitive, successful students have reported much higher scores than minimum in the past. Many strengthened their application by reporting two standardized test scores. Submitting a high SAT score in addition to the Qudorat test score significantly increases the application’s competitiveness.
